About this file
This document is an Attachment D - Reference Check Form for an RFP issued by the State of Oregon, Department of Fish and Wildlife for the purchase and delivery of 240 GPS iridium satellite tracking collars for adult Blue Mountain Elk and associated data collection services for up to three years. The collars must be delivered by January 1, 2025 for deployment in February-March 2025. Proposers are required to submit completed reference check forms from three references, which will be evaluated on an 0-10 scale across eight criteria including overall quality of services, adherence to timeline, responsiveness to customer service issues, satisfaction with the business relationship, likelihood of future use, and technical performance metrics related to battery life and mortality identification.
The RFP does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient commercial information. The evaluation of references is a key component of the proposal evaluation process, with the reference check form accounting for 30 total points possible out of the overall RFP evaluation criteria.
