About this file
This document is an attachment to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) for Aerial Elk Surveys in the SWWD, NCWD, and Mid Coast regions. The RFP requires proposers to submit a completed Reference Check Form from three references, including two non-ODFW references and one ODFW reference, to demonstrate the proposer's ability to comply with the RFP requirements. The agency will contact each reference and rate them on a scale of 0 to 5 in four areas: overall quality of services, delivery of service, overall safety, and responsiveness to customer service issues. The proposer can receive a maximum of 15 points for the reference check.
The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information. It solely focuses on the reference check requirements for the Aerial Elk Surveys RFP.
