Is there a way to check the portfolio covered by SNS? For example, we are curious if SNS covers antibiotics or other injectables.

GOVERNMENT’S RESPONSE: This RFP is for the acquisition of pegfilgrastim. Any other requirements for SNS would be posted or announced on sam.gov or via other mechanisms consistent with federal regulations.

4. CONTRACTOR’S QUESTION:

Section M As awards are being made based on best value, does the evaluation criterion assign additional value to a domestic (i.e., U.S.

based) supply chain for the manufacture, fill, and finish of these products?

Should the locations of the supply chain be detailed by stage?

GOVERNMENT’S RESPONSE: The Government will evaluate each Offeror’s technical proposal on its ability to demonstrate their capability to provide FDA-approved Pegfilgrastim for hematopoietic subsyndrome treatment, with compliance to the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and readiness for mass casualty events. The evaluation criteria do not assign additional value to a domestic (i.e., U.S. based) supply chain for the manufacture, fill, and finish of these products.

The Offeror’s response should be detailed enough to allow the Government to properly evaluate the proposal to ensure it meets the requirement of the SOW (Section C of the RFP).
