Vendor Questions Government Responses
I would like to know how you would like the proposal submitted?
Please follow proposal submission instructions provided under Instruction to
Offerors starting on Page 53 of RFP 70B01C24R00000049
I am trying to submit a proposal for the New Orleans parking contract, can you tell me what type of oversized vehicles are being referenced when asking for the 4 outdoor spaces?
Oversize vehicles are vehicles that do not fit into the standard, regular parking space.
Is there an incumbent and if so can you please provide me with the award number? Thank you and hope to hear from you soon
The incumbent is Shops and Garage at Canal Place. The award number is
70B01C23P00000678.
I am emailing because I will be submitting my parking proposal to you here shortly. I did, however, have a question. In my proposal would you like for me to also add how many spaces we have available? Just in case you need to add more parkers in the future. This garage is just a 3 min walk as well from your location.
Please follow proposal submission instructions provided under Instruction to
Offerors starting on Page 53 of RFP 70B01C24R00000049.
Regarding Notice ID # RFP70B01C24R00000049, I have a question.
Typically, we sign leases with our landlords as their tenants, and then they give us, in writing, the rights to sublease to sub-tenants.
Do you know if this work scenario works?
We are neither the owner, property manager, or broker.
We will be a tenant who has been given the right to sublease to sub-tenants.
Same response as above
Should we bid on this contract if we can provide written proof from the landlord that we have the right to sublease and they have given us permission to submit their property?
