1. We are contemplating offering a proposal for solicitation 70B01C24R00000049 for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The solicitation is for the contractor to provide parking facility services with robust security features for CBP employees in New Orleans. Specifically, the contractor shall provide parking garage access (39 garage parking spaces and open air (outdoor- 4 parking spaces) parking on a 24/7 basis to CBP employees who work at 423 Canal St., New Orleans, LA 70130-building location. This proposal requires that we provide past performance information. Please complete the attached past performance questionnaire and return it via email to :

Past Performance Survey: For the purposes of this survey, the Government will receive an overall assessment that the contractor can perform in accordance with the solicitation, using the ratings below. In responding to the survey, please justify and explain all ratings. Please include comments to explain all ratings given. Respondent may be contacted to clarify comments or ratings. In order for the Government to provide an assessment, please use the following ratings in your assessment of the Offeror’s performance on your contract or project: (If more comment space is needed, attach pages.)
Outstanding – Performance met all contract requirements and exceeded many to the Government’s benefit. Problems, if any, were negligible and were resolved in a timely, highly effective manner.
Very Good – Performance met all contract requirements and exceeded some to the Government’s benefit. There were a few minor problems which the contractor resolved in a timely, effective manner.
Acceptable – Performance met contract requirements. There were some minor problems and corrective actions taken by the contractor were satisfactory.
Marginal - Performance did not meet some contractual requirements. There were problems, some of a serious nature, for which corrective action was only marginally effective.
Unsatisfactory - Performance did not meet most contractual requirements. There were serious problems and the contractor’s corrective actions were ineffective.
