The following clarifications, and/or additional information, are believed to be of general interest to all potential Offerors. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force.
QUESTION 1: Does ‘three (3) sessions’ mean the 3 consecutive days cohort is to be repeated (3) three times?
RESPONSE: There will be one session with 30 participants for 3 consecutive days and then two more sessions for 3 consecutive days with 30 different participants for each session. In other words there will be 90 participants total split up between the 3 sessions evenly.
QUESTION 2: Do we have to provide pricing for both In-Person and Virtual Training for three (3) sessions?

This training will have a maximum of 30 participants per session. This RFP will cover three (3) sessions total within the contract period. The cost of this service must be reflected on Exhibit 1, Pricing Page.
For the above point, we would like to confirm our understanding. There are 5 topics (Effective
Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Self-Management, Leadership and Project Management) that are expected in this training, are all these topics to be covered in the three consecutive days, which in effect in 2 half days and 1 full day?
RESPONSE: Yes, that it correct. However, MoDOT is willing to work with the vendor to work things around if they feel this is too many topics for the length of the training.
QUESTION 4: Is Virtual training an option or is it only in-person?
RESPONSE: Virtual training is an option depending on the Covid numbers at the time the training is supposed to occur.
QUESTION 5: What is the proposed location for Training (In-Person)?
RESPONSE: The training will be in three different locations. One will be in Jefferson City, another in Springfield, and the third one in St. Louis.
QUESTION 6: Will travel be required to fulfill the contract assignment?
Page:5
RESPONSE: Yes, if it’s held in-person then travel will be required to Jefferson City, Springfield, and St. Louis.
QUESTION 7: What is the contract location address?
RESPONSE: The address is 601 W. Main Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101
