The Construction Wage Rate Requirements Statute (formerly Davis-Bacon Act) applies to this work, requiring the awarded contractor to provide employees with wages and benefits no less than those specified in the latest U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination Decision and to submit weekly certified payroll reports.
