About this file
This is Addendum No. 1 to RFP No. 26-0015 issued by the City of Columbus, Georgia Finance Department Purchasing Division for Course Instructors for the HR Department/The Learning Center under an annual contract. The addendum extends the proposal due date to Friday, October 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. The Learning Center supports approximately 3,000 full-time and part-time employees organization-wide and offers continuous education units (CEUs) and SHRM-accredited courses. The center utilizes the NeoGov Learn Learning Management System and provides both on-site and live virtual instructor-led training options. Training needs are identified through ongoing participant surveys and evaluation feedback. The Learning Center manages all training administration internally, including sign-ups and reporting, while external vendors are expected to provide certificates of completion, certifications with credits noted, and training-related handouts for participants.
The addendum addresses vendor questions regarding the Learning Center's operations and requirements. The center offers e-learning capabilities and is interested in custom training that aligns with organizational needs, including the possibility of supplementing off-the-shelf trainings with instructional design services. Vendors are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum using the form provided in the solicitation; failure to do so may result in the submittal being deemed non-responsive. The Learning Center consolidated its Management Development Program into a broader Leadership Development Program designed to serve a wider range of participants and strengthen leadership capacity across the organization.
