About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) addendum for RFP-25-PHX-06: Pharmacy Services Area Wide. The Q&A addresses two key clarifications: 1) A potential oversight in the licensing requirements for pharmacy personnel, with the government acknowledging an amended Statement of Work will be posted on 9 SEP 25, and 2) Clarification on key personnel submission requirements. For the key personnel submission, the government specifies that offerors shall submit no more than a total of six (6) candidates, which can be split between pharmacists and pharmacy technicians (e.g., 3 pharmacists and 3 pharmacy technicians). The document provides specific guidance to potential offerors about the precise number and type of personnel candidates to include in their technical proposal.
