About this file
This document is an Addendum to RFP No. 25-0002 issued by the Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) for Design and Construction Services for the Columbus Convention and Trade Center Parking Garage. The RFP requests proposals from qualified contractors to serve as the Design-Builder responsible for all design and construction services related to the delivery of a new approximately 500-space parking garage for the Columbus Convention and Trade Center. The Addendum clarifies that Form 2 - Conflict of Interest Affidavit, not the E-Verify Affidavit, must be submitted with the proposal. It also confirms that federal compliance requirements in Form 4 will only be applicable if federal funding is involved, which has not yet been determined.
The RFP does not provide details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, or funding sources. However, it does state that the selected Design-Builder will be responsible for the full design and construction of the new parking garage for the Columbus Convention and Trade Center.
