The University is seeking services to assume the activities required to complete federal aid verification. The addendum addresses questions related to the University's current document management and verification processes, including the use of Hyland OnBase imaging system, fillable PDF forms, and manual data transfer. The University verifies all federal FAFSA selections and is considering having the vendor handle follow-up communication with students. Pricing for these services should be provided in Attachment D per the instructions on page 8.
The pricing should include all required components as described in question 10. The scope of services referenced in question 9 is defined in Sections B and C on pages 4 through 6 of the RFP. The University has not yet determined if the vendor will be required to communicate directly with students regarding outstanding requirements.
