About this file
This document contains the Questions and Answers related to an RFP (Request for Proposals) issued by the Florida Statewide Guardian ad Litem Office (SGALO) for Marketing Campaign Services. The RFP is seeking qualified, full-service, multi-platform vendors to provide a range of marketing services, including creative and content development, digital development, account management and planning, marketing analysis, media planning and placement, and production management services. The contract term and other specifics are not provided, but the RFP scenario outlines a 6-month marketing campaign with a budget of approximately $60,000, including $20,000 each for web advertising, radio placements, and outdoor advertising statewide. SGALO indicates this is a new project and that all previous marketing and media campaigns have been handled in-house. Respondents are asked to submit proposals based on the information provided in the RFP scenario, and SGALO will select one vendor to execute the services.
