About this file

This document is an Exhibit B - Fee Proposal for a Request for Proposals (RFP) related to testing and inspection services for the remodel of the Sunrise (North & West) and Tomlinson buildings at the Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) facility in St. Peter, Minnesota. The RFP is for Construction Testing and Inspection services, including geotechnical services, concrete testing and inspection, structural steel testing and inspection, and other needed project-related testing and inspection. The project is RECS Project #55SR0153. The fee proposal requires the primary consultant to provide an all-inclusive fee summary for the basic professional and technical services, as well as any additional services, for each building. Reimbursable expenses are to be included in the total compensation amount.

The fee proposal also requires the respondent to submit an hourly rate schedule for all disciplines and subconsultants, which will be in effect for the duration of the project. The average hourly rate is to be calculated by estimating the total hours by position, multiplying by the hourly rate, and dividing the total contract amount by the total hours. No markup is allowed on subconsultant fees, and all printing, plans, delivery, electronic files, mail, phone, mileage, and travel expenses must be included in the total compensation amount.
