Evaluation criteria include cost, experience with similar projects, references, ability to meet schedule requirements, quality of proposed materials and workmanship, and responsiveness to RFP requirements. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor irregularities, and award work to one contractor or divide it among multiple contractors as deemed in its best interest.
