The scope of work includes preparation of the grant application, environmental review, draw requests, financial administration, public hearings, acquisition assistance, bid document preparation, and other grant administration services. Proposals are due by September 4, 2024 and will be evaluated on criteria such as the consultant's knowledge of CHIP guidelines, capacity to complete the scope of work, past performance, experience with similar projects, current workload, and proposed fees.
