Performance expectations include 80% of calls answered within 90-120 seconds depending on volume, 85% first-contact resolution rate, 95% overall resolution rate, and a minimum 4.5 out of 5 customer satisfaction score. Proposers must provide at least five references from comparable collegiate operations and submit detailed documentation of current Banner system experience.
