About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources, State Fair Division, for manure disposal services during the annual South Dakota State Fair from 2023 through 2027. The contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the manure mixed with wood chips and straw immediately following each 5-day State Fair event, with an estimated 130-150 end dump loads per year. Proposals are due by 4 PM CT on January 6, 2023, and the anticipated contract award and negotiation is scheduled for January 19, 2023.
