About this file

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by NorthWest Senior & Disability Services (NWSDS) in Salem, Oregon, for the purchase of four commercial copiers. The RFP specifies requirements for copiers with 45-65 pages per minute capability, including features such as stapling, hole punching, sorting, printing, scanning, and fax functionality. The copiers must be new (not refurbished), network-secure, workflow capable, and address book ready, with paper feeders handling a minimum of 5,000 sheets. Proposals are due by close of business on January 20, 2024, and installation must be completed within six weeks after contract award.

The agency states a preference for price-per-page maintenance and toner plans over monthly plans. While color copiers are not required, they will be considered. Proposals will be evaluated based on scope of work, safety, features, cost, warranty, maintenance contract, reliability, and ease of use by employees. Bids can be submitted via email to carl.gomoll@nwsds.org or mailed to the NWSDS Salem office. The agency explicitly states that lease programs will not be considered, and they reserve the right to reject any and all proposals.
