About this file
This document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by Northwest Senior and Disability Services, located in Salem, Oregon, for the procurement of six commercial copiers. The RFP seeks proposals for one copier with a speed range of 70-85 pages per minute (ppm) and five copiers with a speed range of 50-65 ppm. The required features include stapling, hole punching, sorting, printing, scanning, and faxing capabilities, as well as the ability to handle a minimum of 5,000 sheets of paper. The copiers must be new and installed at four different locations in northwest Oregon by June 30th, although this timeline is negotiable due to supply chain issues. Proposals are due by the close of business on May 27, 2022, and will be evaluated based on safety, features, cost, warranty, maintenance contract, reliability, and ease of use for employees.
The RFP specifies that a lease program will not be considered, and that a preference will be given to pricing structures with a "Price Per Page" model over monthly plans. The contractor is responsible for determining the appropriate specifications and any restrictions or constraints on the requested goods, services, or improvements. Northwest Senior and Disability Services reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
