About this file
This document is an attachment to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Abandoned Derelict Vessel and Structure Removal project in the state of Oregon. The RFP is seeking proposals from Certified Disadvantaged Businesses, including minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses, to participate as subcontractors. The RFP covers the jurisdictions of Lincoln County and Newberg City. Proposers are required to describe the steps they will take to solicit Certified Firms for subcontracting opportunities if awarded a contract, as well as list any Certified Firms and non-Certified Firms they have had contractual relationships with in the last two years.
The RFP attachment also requires proposers to indicate whether they foresee any subcontracting opportunities and to describe those opportunities and their approximate dollar values. Proposers must also be willing to report the identity of each subcontractor and the value of each subcontract to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded a contract.
