Add Letterhead Offeror Certifications in Response to RFP FA910123RB017

1. I certify that the Crew Supervisor(s) that will perform tasks outlined in the PWS have the following minimum, relevant experience/credentials requirements:

i. Knowledge and two-years of experience in field techniques of mechanical and chemical treatment of IPPs common to the eastern deciduous forest ecosystem, including the IPPs listed in the PWS.

ii. Ability to correctly identify all of the IPPs listed within the PWS, and to discriminate IPPs from any native vegetation of similar appearance.

iii. Sound academic knowledge of ecological principles as they relate to vegetation management.

iv. Working, current knowledge of resource management methods, biological processes and vegetation samples techniques.

v. Knowledge of data organization, record keeping, and global positioning system (GPS).

vi. Knowledge, ability, and willingness to handle herbicides in the course of IPP control, a current applicators license issued from the state of TN Department of Agriculture listing the appropriate application category, current CPR card, and ability to train applicators working under his/her license.

vii. Ability to work under adverse physical and weather conditions, including high humidity and temperatures, inclement weather, exposure to poisonous plants, biting insects, and in difficult terrain.

viii. Ability to operate and conduct field maintenance of vehicles and to recognize and avoid hazards associated with operating same.

ix. Knowledge of treatment history of previously treated sites.

x. Familiarity with IPP data management protocols and requirements of Arnold AFB Conservation.

2. I certify that the Crew Members that will perform tasks outlined in the PWS have the following minimum, relevant experience/credentials requirements:

i. Ability to correctly identify all of the IPPs listed in the PWS, and to discriminate IPPs from any native vegetation of similar appearance.

ii. Ability to mix, handle, and apply herbicides in accordance with label directions and crew supervisor instructions; a current State of TN Department of Agriculture Applicators Registration card.

iii. Ability to handle and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good working order for daily operations.

iv. Ability to work under adverse environmental conditions including: high humidity and temperatures, inclement weather, exposure to poisonous plants, biting insects, and in difficult terrain.
