About this file

This is an addendum to RFP#24-0822JMC issued by Washington State University (WSU), updating the RFP reference number to 25-0113JCDREAM. The addendum clarifies that the RFP is specifically seeking a 2-part report titled "The Nexus of AI, Energy, and Critical Minerals Demand: Strategies for advancing the energy transition and innovation economy in Washington State." The report must analyze both the impact of AI on the power sector and state sustainability goals, as well as examine AI's role and related demand on critical minerals supply chains.

The addendum explicitly states that any references to other reports in the original RFP document are errata, and WSU will accept submissions under either the original or updated reference number as long as suppliers confirm their understanding that the RFP is for this single specified report.
