This document is a geographical and workforce distribution attachment for a Texas-based Workers' Compensation Third Party Administration Service contract opportunity sought by a city government. The attachment presents a comprehensive listing of employee locations across multiple states and counties, with the vast majority of positions concentrated in Texas. The data identifies over 1,100 individual location entries spanning 17 states, including California, Colorado, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and multiple Texas counties.

The employee distribution is heavily concentrated in Central Texas, with significant workforce concentrations in Travis County (approximately 11,000+ employees across numerous zip codes), Hays County (approximately 2,800+ employees), Williamson County (approximately 3,600+ employees), and Comal County (approximately 210+ employees). Other notable concentrations appear in Bastrop, Bell, Bexar, Caldwell, and Guadalupe counties. The document suggests this attachment serves as a reference for geographic service delivery requirements or workforce allocation benchmarking for the third party administration services to be provided under the contract, indicating the administrator must be capable of servicing employees distributed across this expansive geographic footprint with particular emphasis on the Texas Hill Country and Central Texas metropolitan regions.
