About this file
This is Amendment #1 to Request for Proposals #34717-01017 issued by the Tennessee Department of Revenue for an Unclaimed Vehicle Portal. The amendment updates the RFP schedule of events and modifies section 1.7 regarding the pre-response conference. Key dates include a Pre-Response Conference on January 23, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Tennessee Department of Revenue Andrew Jackson Building in Nashville, which is optional and may limit attendance based on space availability. The Notice of Intent to Respond deadline is January 26, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., followed by a Written Questions & Comments deadline on February 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., with the State providing official responses on February 20, 2026. The Response deadline is February 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., with Respondent Oral Presentations scheduled for March 10, 2026 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Technical evaluations are scheduled for completion by March 17, 2026, with cost proposals opening and scoring on March 18, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Negotiations are scheduled for March 19-20, 2026, and the State Notice of Intent to Award will be released on March 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., with the protest period ending on April 1, 2026. Contract signature by the Contractor is due April 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
The amendment clarifies that oral responses provided at the Pre-Response Conference are unofficial and non-binding, and that all official questions, comments, and concerns must be submitted in writing by the designated deadline. Prospective respondents who submit a Notice of Intent to Respond will receive the State's official written responses to submitted questions and comments. All other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain in full force and effect.
