About this file
This document is an Addendum to RFP 288 issued by the Department of Military Affairs (DMA) for Contract Employment Services. The Addendum corrects a typographical error in the original RFP, stating that the policy on recruitment and assignment of incumbent employees should be placed under Tab G instead of Tab H.
The solicitation is to procure Contract Employment Services for the DMA, primarily in St. Augustine, Starke, and Jacksonville, Florida, as well as other locations in Florida where Armed Forces Reserve Centers and/or state buildings are located. It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded, with a term beginning no later than January 1, 2024 and ending on or about December 31, 2026.

Text version
Addendum 1 to DMA-RFP-288 Contract Employment Services
It has come to DMA attention that a typographical error occurs in the RFP in Section 6.2.1 on page 26, states that several of the qualifications bullet points should be included under listed tabs of the proposal.
Bullet point 5, which references the policy in recruitment and assignment of incumbent employees…should be placed under TAB H (Tab H is incorrect). The company policy should be placed under Tab G, which states “Describe company’s policy regarding position availability to incumbent contractors staff” which is similar in verbiage to Bullet point 5 “Vendors are encouraged to include information regarding position availability to incumbent contractor staff”.
