The pricing schedule requires itemized costs across multiple categories including labor, materials, parts, and equipment rental, with each line item requiring hourly rates or per-item costs and corresponding totals. Failure to complete the pricing schedule as specified may result in proposal disqualification.

All price proposals must include comprehensive costs encompassing one-time charges, setup fees, shipping and handling, per-piece pricing, palletizing, and any other potential charges the contractor may levy against the state. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment discount terms by specifying a percentage discount off the invoice if payment is received within a stated number of days after invoice receipt, provided the timeframe does not include payment processing time. By submitting a proposal, the contractor certifies that all pricing was developed independently and without consultation, communication, or agreement with any other contractors.
