About this file
This is an Experience attachment document for RFP 260000000882 issued by the State of Michigan through Michigan.gov/MiProcurement for retail marketing services. The RFP requires bidders to demonstrate prior experience across seven key service categories: development and implementation of marketing strategies for new retail product launches; development and implementation of marketing strategies for repositioning or reintroducing mature retail products; sales promotion conceptualization, development, and implementation; creative development and production of television, radio, out-of-home, and digital/social media advertising; media planning and placement across television, radio, out-of-home, and digital/social media channels; point-of-sale advertising creative development, production, and distribution; and sports and event sponsorship procurement and activation. For each of these seven categories, bidders must provide two comprehensive work efforts demonstrating relevant experience within the last four years.
Bidders must submit detailed information for each project experience, including company name, project contact information, project scope, company role, campaign budget, project timeline, project status, strategies and objectives, target audience and tactics, research conducted, and measurable outcomes. Bidders are required to provide samples of executed creative concepts developed and deployed for evaluation. Creative samples may be submitted as attachments in modifiable formats (Word and Excel) or via private URL with passcode through Microsoft OneDrive; Dropbox and external file-sharing sites are not accessible to the State. Additionally, bidders should identify any State of Michigan contracts held within the last ten years, including contract numbers. All proposal information must be submitted directly within the proposal rather than through external website references or links, with the exception of large file access for creative concept samples.
