Re: Amendment 1
26-VSW-WQB-019
Modular Washateria and Related Infrastructure RFP Due Date: October 10, 2025 @ 2:00 PM AST
The following are vendor questions and the department’s response:
1. Vendor: In the Statement of Services, Phase 1, Task 8, it says that we will be responsible for obtaining the SHPO determination. What, if any, involvement will VSW’s staff have in obtaining the SHPO determination? In the past, VSW has sometimes led the effort or been the one to interface with SHPO, while the engineer provides the figures and write ups.
Department: VSW requires support from the consultant for Section 106 Consultation. This support will include preparing site maps and figures, developing the project description, and drafting initiation and findings letters, as needed. VSW will retain responsibility for direct consultation with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and for submitting all consultation materials.
2. Vendor: Would VSW extend the deadline to Friday, October 10th?
Department: The RFP Due Date is extended from October 8, 2025 to October 10, 2025 @ 2:00PM
AST.
