Such a review may include financial capacity, staffing sufficiency, parts inventory capability, local and mobile service capacity, licensing, insurance, litigation and claims history, past performance, safety record, warranty administration, OEM authorization status, and any other matter reasonably related to successful performance. The City may establish a cure period in its sole discretion; however, the City shall have no obligation to provide a cure opportunity where the deficiency materially affects safety, operational continuity, legal compliance, public interest, or the City’s property.
