About this file
This Request for Proposals (RFP) document pertains to Round Rock Independent School District's 2026 Lead Service Line Inventory Project in Texas. The District is seeking proposals to establish supply agreements with multiple vendors for non-warehouse plumbing supplies to support maintenance operations across multiple jurisdictions in Williamson County and San Antonio. The solicitation replaces expiring contract 21-032 and requires all previously awarded vendors to submit new responses for consideration. Products must be new, unused, of current production, and in first-class condition, available for either in-store purchase or delivery. The contract term extends through October 31, 2030. No estimated contract value, pre-bid meeting, or question deadline is specified in the solicitation materials.
The contract structure follows a Firm-Fixed Discount model, with percentage discounts remaining constant throughout the contract term and based on current published catalogs. Delivery is F.O.B. destination with freight prepaid during standard business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time), and emergency one-hour hotshot deliveries are available. For orders totaling $500 or more, the District reserves the right to request quotes from multiple suppliers to establish the best price. Vendors must be authorized distributors or manufacturers and provide a minimum of the manufacturer's standard warranty. Purchases will be executed through purchase orders, blanket purchase orders, or District-issued procurement cards. The District reserves the right to conduct vendor performance reviews throughout the contract period and may terminate the agreement with or without cause at any time.

PROJECT OVERVIEW AND DESCRIPTION OF WORK
