Summary of RFP 26-0116-6
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by Chatham County Purchasing & Contracting Department on behalf of the Chatham County Police Department to establish an annual contract for law enforcement polygraph examination services. The County seeks qualified, independent polygraph examination providers to deliver professional, timely, objective, and confidential services in support of criminal investigations, internal or administrative investigations, pre-employment screening, and other authorized law-enforcement purposes. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum volume of examinations. Proposals are due by 5:00 P.M. on October 29, 2026, submitted online through the County's procurement portal (https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal). No pre-proposal conference is scheduled.
