About this file

This is Addendum Number 1 to the Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 26-002 for Engineering Consultant Services issued by the City of Virginia as of June 11, 2026. The addendum amends the original RFP documents and becomes an integral part of the solicitation. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum as part of their bid submission process and must attach a signed acknowledgement to their proposal. The addendum clarifies that no quantities are specified on the bid tab, and each bidder is responsible for determining the quantities needed to complete the engineering services required by the City.

The addendum does not address pricing terms, contract duration, award dates, or other substantive contract conditions. Bidders must recognize that the quantity determination responsibility places the onus on each firm to assess project scope and develop appropriate staffing and resource estimates to deliver the required engineering consultant services to the municipality.
