About this file

This document is a pricing schedule (Schedule B) for Request for Proposal (RFP) 250000003013 issued by Michigan's procurement system for a Secondary Complex Water Treatment Contract covering fiscal years 2026-2028. The RFP requires contractors to submit a comprehensive pricing schedule in a modifiable format, with potential for additional non-modifiable submissions, and specifically outlines requirements for detailed pricing documentation.

The pricing document mandates that all proposed costs must be fully disclosed, including one-time charges, fees, and potential ancillary expenses such as shipping, handling, and palletizing. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment terms, with the option to provide a percentage discount for invoices paid within a specified timeframe. The RFP emphasizes that pricing proposals must be independently developed, with an explicit prohibition against communication or agreement between potential contractors. While specific pricing details are not fully populated in this document, contractors are instructed to create a detailed table with itemized monthly and annual pricing, service descriptions, frequencies, and other relevant information.
