The RFP seeks a comprehensive scheduling and workforce management software solution for the Sheriff's Office, with requirements including integration with TimeClocks Plus, support for multiple schedule types, capacity for 300-350 users, mobile app functionality, single sign-on, role-based permissions, and robust reporting tools. The software must support various scheduling needs such as callouts, shift trades, bid management, vacation tracking, and provide real-time Outlook calendar updates.
