Does the State want a locked in price standing October and going through 2027. Correct? We won’t have an option for increase each year? If not, I will need to take into account the next three years and bid this accordingly?
Per Section 4.1, the State is requesting pricing be firm for the initial contract period, which is October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2027 after which time a price adjustment may be requested.

Bidder should include all expenses when developing your pricing to account for this requirement.

Price proposals must include all costs, including but not limited to, any one-time or set-up charges, fees, and potential costs that Contractor may charge the State (e.g., shipping and handling, per piece pricing, and palletizing).
