About this file

This is a Schedule B Pricing document for RFP 230000001866 issued by the State of Michigan through Michigan.gov/MiProcurement for the procurement of liquid anti-icing and deicing products containing agricultural byproducts (ABP) and salt brine. The solicitation requires bidders to provide unit pricing for two primary product categories across seven regions: Superior, North, Grand, Bay, Metro, Southwest, and University. Estimated annual quantities for ABP-containing deicer range from 2,500 to 188,000 gallons across MDOT and MiDEAL/Agency combined usage, while salt brine quantities range from 15,000 to 80,000 gallons annually by region. The document also requests pricing for storage tank rental services, including monthly rental fees and delivery/pick-up fees, though no usage estimates are provided for this service category.

Bidders must submit comprehensive pricing schedules in a modifiable format such as Microsoft Word or Excel, with all costs including shipping, handling, and ancillary fees incorporated into the unit price. The pricing matrix specifies that actual annual quantities may vary from estimates provided. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment discount terms with the number of days not including payment processing time. All price proposals must certify independent pricing without consultation or agreement with competing contractors. Storage tank rental pricing requires bidders to complete fees for all seven regions, with delivery and pick-up services as separate line items.
