About this file
This is Addendum #1 to RFP 22-56, issued by the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System in Georgia, addressing questions submitted by prospective vendors for the Building Digital Mapping Application project. The addendum clarifies key eligibility and procedural requirements for interested parties. Prospective bidders are directed to Section M of the solicitation document regarding Offeror's Essential Credentials and Business Structure to determine responsible offeror status. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting on-site surveys of buildings where usable maps do not currently exist. Proposal submissions must follow the procedures outlined in Section F of the solicitation document regarding delivery and submission methods. The District requires a comprehensive application meeting all specifications outlined in Attachment A, including Sections 1.0 (General Intent/Background) and 3.0 (Specifications), with technical proposals organized per Section 11.3 and Solicitation Form 12. Addendum #2 subsequently extended the proposal closing date and time to June 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM (ET).
The addendum does not address pricing terms, set-asides, or funding information, as it functions solely as a clarification document responding to vendor inquiries. The document confirms that all other terms and conditions of the original RFP 22-56 remain unchanged. Vendors are required to acknowledge receipt of the addendum on the Proposal Certification Form (Form 2) within the solicitation document, with failure to do so potentially resulting in a non-responsive status.
