ADDENDUM #1
Backflow Database Replacement Project
RFP 21‐148‐PSC
This addendum provides clarification to the solicitation document(s) for work only to the extent indicated herein.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS FROM THE PRE‐PROPOSAL CONFERENCE:
1. Question: Is it possible to submit proposals electronically?
Answer: Not at this time. The State of Oregon has not rolled out that functionality to non‐state agencies. If it becomes an available option, EWEB’s board of commissioners will need to approve the change in policy.
2. Question: What is the anticipated length of the contract?
Answer: RFP Section 3.3 states the length of the contract is approximately six (6) months. Depending on the system selected, there is potential to extend the contract to include yearly support and maintenance, or license renewals.
3. Question: What will be the pricing structure for the database?
Answer: It is EWEB’s intention to pay all fees, although based on proposed solutions, EWEB is open to consider other options.
