About this file
This is Amendment #4 to RFP 2027-2000-0046 issued by the State of Alaska Department of Corrections, Division of Administrative Services, addressing Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Services at Wildwood Correctional Center (WCC) in Kenai, Alaska. The amendment was issued on August 17, 2026, and contains clarifications regarding the regulatory approval process and data reporting requirements for potential offerors. Key points include that the 7 AAC 70.030 department approval process is conducted by the Department of Health, Division of Behavioral Health, and can begin during the proposal period rather than only after contract award. Offerors seeking to initiate this approval process should contact the Department of Health, Division of Behavioral Health directly, as the Department of Corrections does not maintain a designated contact with that office. Data reporting requirements for DOC are arranged through the contract as outlined in Section 3.06 of the RFP. Offerors must sign and return the amendment document with their proposal, as failure to do so may result in proposal rejection.
All other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain unchanged by this amendment. Interested vendors must contact Allan Oyao, Procurement Specialist 3, at (907) 269-5910 or allan.oyao@alaska.gov to register and receive subsequent amendments and be added to the vendor list; failure to register may result in bids being deemed non-responsive. The State of Alaska complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and individuals requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact Mr. Oyao during the procurement process.
