All communications must include the Department and be conducted via telephone, email, in-person meetings, or other mutually agreed formats with two business day response requirements.

The contractor shall submit quarterly status reports due thirty calendar days after the end of each quarter, with each report detailing progress toward implementation timelines, technical assistance issues and resolutions, monthly meeting summaries, FFPS fidelity implementation status, findings, and any barriers or achievements to meeting deliverables. The RFP document provided is a response template requiring bidders to describe their methods, resources, task accomplishment strategies, and how expected outcomes will be achieved, with clear identification of any subcontractor roles and responsibilities.
