About this file

This is a Notice of Intent to Award from CareOregon's Procurement Department regarding RFP 2024-03 for janitorial services. CareOregon received five proposals for the janitorial services contract and completed its evaluation process. The contract has been awarded to Township-United Building Services, LLC as the apparent successful proposer. The notice, dated April 10, 2024, indicates that the award is contingent upon the successful proposer negotiating and executing a contract with CareOregon containing mutually acceptable terms and conditions. If the apparent successful proposer fails to complete contract negotiations or execution, CareOregon reserves the right to revoke the award and present the contract to an alternative proposer.

CareOregon maintains the RFP process as confidential and does not disclose individual vendor proposals or evaluation scores to the public or other bidders. The notice does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, or contract duration details. Inquiries regarding the award should be directed to Lee Reinholtz, Procurement & Contract Analyst II, at reinholtzl@careoregon.org or through the general vendor services email at vendorservices@careoregon.org. The contact information for the Procurement Director, George Marlton, is also provided at 503-488-7646.
