About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) for Contracted Teacher and Teacher Recruitment Services. The RFP seeks to solicit proposals from qualified proponents to provide highly qualified teachers to deliver quality classroom instruction for CCPS. CCPS intends to make multiple awards to meet demands, although they reserve the right to make a single award, multiple awards, or no award. The responses to the RFP are due by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, May 30, 2024, and any questions or inquiries must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 9, 2024. The RFP does not provide information on the estimated budget, start date, or the number of positions that will be required.
The Addendum provides answers to various questions submitted by potential proponents. The key details include that there are existing incumbent vendors, Intalage, Inc. and Teach for America, who are eligible to submit proposals again. The services must be delivered onsite, and proponents are required to complete all SLBE (Small Local Business Enterprise) forms, regardless of their plans to subcontract. The Addendum also clarifies that there is no predetermined salary range for the teachers and that CCPS does not waive any required insurance coverage.
