Attachment 2 H2FMS Concept Exhibit Slides.pdf

The document is a two-page concept exhibit slide deck for the Holistic Health and Fitness Management System (H2FMS), detailing a comprehensive digital platform for modernizing human performance force management in the U.S. Army. The first slide (OV1) illustrates the system's architecture across multiple organizational levels (Soldier, H2F Team, Command Team), showcasing an integrated software platform designed to mitigate risks, optimize readiness, and enhance military personnel performance through technology.

The second slide (AV1) depicts the technical infrastructure, showing how the H2FMS will operate using AWS GovCloud and NIPRNet, with data integration through cArmy AWS and ECMA (Enterprise Cloud Management Agency). The system will leverage Kubernetes, Amazon RDS, AWS Glue Transformations, and Army Vantage data analytics platform to aggregate, integrate, and apply human performance data insights at scale. Key features include role-based configuration, performance assessments, wearables integration, actionable insights, analytical reporting, and tailorable, scalable training education interventions.
