The questionnaire is a market research tool used to gather capability information from potential contractors and does not constitute a binding solicitation or Request for Quote. Additionally, contractors must disclose customer requirements and qualifications they typically meet, identify any technical, cost, schedule, or performance risks, and specify their Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) status or intent to obtain certification. Responses should be submitted via email to brook.m.smith.civ@us.navy.mil by the deadline identified in the solicitation notice. The government assumes no financial responsibility for information submitted, and all respondents must comply with Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements and are prohibited from including classified, controlled unclassified, or arms export controlled information in their submissions.
