About this file

This file is a Questionnaire for Industry used as part of a pre-solicitation sources sought notice issued by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport (NUWC Keyport), under Solicitation Number RFISS-169.

The government is conducting market research for the removal of thirteen existing twenty-foot ladder extensions and installation of twelve new twenty-foot aluminum ladders to be shackled to existing piers at Keyport. The new ladders must be constructed from 6061 marine-grade aluminum with material comparable to Schedule 40, 2-inch square tubing. Responses to the questionnaire are voluntary, and the government assumes no financial responsibility for costs incurred in responding. Contractors must submit completed questionnaires to john.p.gathu.mil@us.navy.mil by the response date identified in the notice. The questionnaire requests standard business information and asks respondents to address their CMMC 2.0 certification status (with Level 2 certification required under DFARS 204.75), capability to provide the products or services, recommended NAICS and FSC/PSC codes, small business status, estimated costs, setup timeline following contract award, and intent to submit a proposal. Responses must not include classified, controlled unclassified, or arms export controlled information, and contractors must comply with Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements as detailed in the OPSEC Guide for Defense Contractors available on the NAVSEA website.
