About this file
This is an industry questionnaire for a Pre-Solicitation/Sources Sought notice issued by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport. The questionnaire is designed to gather capability information from potential contractors regarding laboratory upgrade and building renovation work and does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal. Responses must be submitted via email to john.p.gathu.mil@us.navy.mil by the deadline specified in the notice.
The project scope includes removal and replacement of counters, sinks, and counter-mounted utilities; asbestos abatement; epoxy flooring installation; and installation of a new ductless split unit. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the work. Respondents are required to address nine questions covering CMMC 2.0 certification status (with Level 2 certification required per DFARS 204.75 before contract award), capability to perform the described work, recommended NAICS and FSC/PSC codes, Small Business Administration status, estimated project costs, schedule requirements post-contract award, and intent to submit a proposal if the requirement is formalized. This is a voluntary market research effort with no government financial responsibility for response costs, and all submissions must comply with Operations Security requirements without including classified, controlled unclassified, or arms export controlled information.
