DISCLAIMER: This is not a formal solicitation for proposal or proposal abstracts but rather a Sources Sought synopsis only. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications relative to NAICS code 513210. Nothing provided in response to the below topics/areas of interest should be construed as a promise of future funded efforts. Participation is strictly voluntary, and the Department of the Air Force will not provide reimbursement for any costs incurred due to participation.
Nothing shared as a response to the below topics should be construed as a guarantee of future work or as direction to modify an existing contract. Only an authorized contracting officer acting within scope of authority may bind the Government.
Please be advised that information provided in response to the topics below are not private and should not contain proprietary information. Information received in response to areas of interest may be made publicly available and should thus not contain classified information nor be proprietary in nature.
771st Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (771 ESS/EGI) at Maxwell-Gunter Annex is seeking sources and capabilities to provide software services supporting ServiceNow subscriptive licenses portfolio. Services required are detailed in the attached performance work statement (PWS).
Responses to this notice should include company name, address, point of contact, Cage Code, size of business pursuant to North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 513210 with a Small Business size standard of $47.0M and must respond to the following questions:
1) Is your firm a large or small business?
2) Is your firm a manufacturer or reseller of services?
3) If small, does your firm qualify as a small, disadvantaged business?
4) If disadvantaged, specify under which disadvantaged group and is your firm certified under
5) Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act?
6) Is your firm a certified "HUBZone" firm?
7) Is your firm a Woman-Owned or operated business?
8) Is your firm a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned and Veteran-Owned?
9) Do you currently have a government contract(s)? Please provide a list of relevant current contracts to include contract numbers, scope, and size over the last three years.
10) Identify customary practices your firm exercises with industry partners?
11) Is your firm a DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) vendor?
Interested businesses are requested to submit a Statement of Capabilities (SOC) demonstrating:
1) Detailed description of the software management service that your firm provides.
2) Does the PWS provide sufficient details to provide a meaningful offer to the Government? Detail any potential gaps or ambiguous statements or terms identified in the document.
3) A capability statement, including summary of relevant performance history (with points of contact and applicable telephone numbers, addresses, and email addresses, (if available) within the past three years.
4) Describe support services that would be typically inclusive of a subscription and in contrast, identify those services that are outside of license subscription support.
