About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the 81st Communications Squadron, detailing requirements for a Radio-Frequency Identification Device (RFID) Asset Management Tracking System. The system must include six RFID Rugged Readers with chargers, one cordless scanner, five fixed RFID Imagers/Scanners for Dolan Hall, and a Barcode/RFID Label Printer capable of producing 5,000 labels. Key technical specifications include Windows 11 compatibility, Common Access Card (CAC) authentication, a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) suite for twelve users, and the ability to track up to 15,000 assets with real-time visibility and detailed reporting capabilities.
The contractor is responsible for complete installation and configuration of the system, including mounting fixed RFID scanners in Dolan Hall, verifying equipment functionality, and returning the installation area to its original condition. Additional requirements include providing in-person operational training for 12 personnel, ensuring all equipment is new and not near end of life, and delivering comprehensive documentation. The system must be a passive RFID system with a vendor-recommended range that does not interfere with other RF technologies on the base, and must support mobile device operations, asset tracking by detailed attributes, and customizable reporting functionalities.
