About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details requirements for a Radio Frequency over Fiber (RFoF) link system for Yokota Air Base in Japan. The contractor must provide a 4-channel programmable bi-directional RFoF system supporting radio connections within a 3 MHz to 1.215 GHz frequency range. Key technical specifications include 8-channel CWDM optical aggregation, 20W maximum RF input power, -82 ± 3 dB nominal link gain, and compatibility with standard 19" 1U rack enclosures.

The system must be delivered within 3-4 months of contract award, with comprehensive documentation including assembly instructions, user manuals, and integration guidelines. The contractor will provide a standard one-year warranty covering parts and labor, with remote support available within 72 hours of government notification. Additional requirements include remote management via TCP/IP, independently configurable RF channels, and compliance with safety standards like EN60950-1:2006 and FCC CFR-47 Part 15 Subpart B. Deliverables include the fully operational RFoF link system, documentation package, warranty information, and compliance test reports.
