About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) to gather information on potential contractors that can provide daily role-player participants to support the DCSA Security Training (ST) Directorate, National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) federal polygraph training mission.

The RFI requires 36 unique role-players, 5 days per week for 28 weeks per year, to participate in mock scenarios including criminal activity, falsifying documents, or mishandling classified information. The contractor would be responsible for managing and overseeing the participants, providing security vetting, and coordinating access to the Fort Jackson facility. Respondents are requested to provide a capabilities statement, identify any challenges in meeting the participant criteria, indicate if they would provide transportation, and submit a rough order of magnitude pricing. Responses are due by October 22, 2024 and will be used for market research purposes only, not to form a binding contract.
